Summary

Add renderers class so that evaluation of code can be embedded in objects that will be richly displayed

Notes

• this seems like something that might already exist?
• renderers are not ducts... but it would be nice to have them registered in the same way
• if we decide to use these there's probably some integration we should do with the rendering that DBClients are already doing
